You’ll get access to the PDF document containing the pattern so that you can knit it yourself. Each pattern specifies all the documents it includes and the languages available.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will be taken to the purchase confirmation page, where you will find links to the pattern documents. You will also receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase, from which you can download the documents.

If you wish to access the patterns after your purchase, I recommend that you access them via your user account on the website, in the ‘downloads’ section.

You can pay for your purchase via PayPal or by bank card; you can choose your payment method at checkout.

As this is a digital product that you can access immediately after purchase, returns are not accepted. You can view the terms and conditions of purchase

Yes, you’ll find the latest version of the document in the ‘My Orders’ section. Should there be any changes, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the nature of the change and the template so that you can take this into account.
